Last week, while BollyX was dancing it out at the IDEA World Convention in Los Angeles, you may have noticed the team sporting some black and yellow backpacks. Inside were healthy snack packs put together by LushGrub, a Los Angeles based company run by Chef Sarina. One of the team’s favorite snacks was the peanut butter protein ball – small enough to fit in your backpack, but packed with delicious nutty flavor and tons of protein to keep everyone fueled for the day. They were a huge hit and everyone was asking for the recipe. Now you can take the recipe home and try making your own peanut butter protein balls for you and all your BollyX friends!

Ingredients:Peanut Butter Protein Balls

  • 2 cups of Oats
  • 2 cups of Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup of Dark Chocolate
  • 2 scoops of vanilla Whey Protein
  • 1 tbs of Organic Honey

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Let in cool in refrigerator for approximately 20 minutes
  3. Roll into individual balls
  4. Package separately and enjoy!
